This recipe book was written by students of Badminton School to share and showcase the molecular gastronomy recipes that the School’s Science Outreach team of 2011-2012 developed and produced. The Science Outreach Programme looks at taking science out to the community and offering positive role models of women involved in science, particularly physics and chemistry.
