A sexy standalone novel from New York Times and international bestselling author Elle Kennedy!

Everyone says opposites attract. And they must be right, because there’s no logical reason why I’m so drawn to Colin Fitzgerald. I don’t usually go for tattoo-covered, video-gaming, hockey-playing nerd-jocks who think I’m flighty and superficial. His narrow view of me is the first strike against him. It doesn’t help that he’s buddy-buddy with my brother.

And that his best friend has a crush on me.

And that I just moved in with them.

Oh, did I not mention we’re roommates?

I suppose it doesn’t matter. Fitzy has made it clear he’s not interested in me, even though the sparks between us are liable to burn our house down. I’m not the kind of girl who chases after a man, though, and I’m not about to start. I’ve got my hands full dealing with a new school, a sleazy professor, and an uncertain future. So if my sexy brooding roomie wises up and realizes what he’s missing?

He knows where to find me.

  • Not my favorite

I love Elle, great author, but having a hard time getting through this one. Why is Summer not with Hunter?? Would have much rather read about Summer and Hunter. Fitz is lame and immature, Summer is cute but also pretty immature. I don’t think I like them together. Also this book felt more scattered and all over the place in general. I had really grown to appreciate the calculated efforts of this author, to tie things together, have it all make sense and be able to predict the characters movements because you almost know them. This is the 6th book of hers that I’ve read. Still a big fan. I want more of Tucker or Dean, yum.
  • Good story. Bad ending

The story is great. But the ending feels a bit rushed to me. I wish there was more to it. A second book?
  • Ugh

I’m not sure I can finish this book. I’m about 75% done so I might skim it. The h is terrible. First of all, how did she get into Brown on her own if her grades are nothing to write home about and she doesn’t even know what plagiarism is??? Just not believable. I appreciate that the author is trying to bring attention to learning disabilities but I feel like that’s all the character is. As Fitz said, she’s fluff and surface level. She’s just plain annoying. They make no sense together. Really disappointed in this story.

This book was such a fun read! It had just enough drama, sexyness, and funny to keep me wanting more!
  • Loved. This. So. Much.

I haven’t read a book this amazing in so long. So worth the read.
  • Not worth 5$

So cheesy. It’s drags on and on. I kept skipping like 5 pages at a time and realized I wasn’t missing a thing. It’s hard to enjoy the boy when the main character is so annoying.
  • Not my Favorite

I normally love Elle, but this book was not one of my favorites. I do like the fact that she tied in issues that college students have with learning disabilities but goodness gracious Summer exhausted me. I was waiting for Fitz’s story, and without spoiling the book for anyone, this book made me not like his character as much as I did the glimpses that we previously had of him. I still can’t wait for Brenna’s story!
